Pay My Bill!

Mifflinburg Borough customers can now pay utility bills online with a credit or debit card. There is a small convenience fee for using our online payment system.

Registration is NOT required, however, registered users can

  1. access and manage their utility accounts online,
  2. view bills, usage and billing/payment history, and
  3. make recurring or one-time payments.

First Time User Registration & Pay Bill

Step 1 – Register Your Account

  1. Visit https://olbp.logicshosted.com/mifflinburg/Login.aspx.
  2. Your options are:
    — Log in to pay bill, view usage, more (First time users will need to register.).
    — Pay bill without logging in.
  3. To REGISTER, click on “Register Here” in the bottom of the Login block.

  4. Enter your first and last names, and email address in the fields provided and Click on “Register.”

  5. After registering successfully, Click on Cancel to Return to the Login Screen.

You will receive an email notification from donotreply@logicssolutions.com with a temporary password. Be sure to check your spam and junk mail folders.

Step 2 – Login After Registration

Once your account is registered, simply login using Steps 1-3 below.

  1. Return to https://olbp.logicshosted.com/mifflinburg/Login.aspx.

  2. Enter your credentials:
    — Username: your Email Address.
    — Password: Temporary Password in the email.
  3. Click on Login Button.
  4. You will be required to provide a new password after logging in successfully.
  5. Link your Utility Account to your profile as follows:
    — Enter Your Account Number, i.e., 1115000.00
    — Enter Your Tenant Number (optional), i.e., 98.
    NOTE: Tenant numbers are listed with a space then, 2 digits after the account number, i.e., 1115000.00 98.
    — An Alias of your choosing to identify the account, especially helpful if you have more than one account, i.e., Home and Business.
  6. You will see an Account Summary page where you can see your Billing History, Track Payments or Pay Bill.

Step 3 – Pay Your Bill with Account

  1. After logging in, click on Pay Bill.

  2. Pay Full Amount OR Another Amount.
  3. You will see a Bill Service Fee notification, showing your utility payment to the borough + the Convenience Fee.
  4. Enter your credit or debit card information. You can:
    — Save Your Credit Card information for future payments. and Submit Your Payment,
    — Enroll in Automatic Bill Pay using this credit card, and/or
    — Send Confirmation Email for this payment.
  5. Submit payment.

Pay Bill Without Logging In

  1. Visit https://olbp.logicshosted.com/mifflinburg/Login.aspx.
  2. In the second form box, enter your Account and Tenant Number (optional).

  3. Pay Full Amount OR Another Amount.
  4. You will see a Bill Service Fee notification, showing your utility payment to the borough + the Convenience Fee.
  5. Enter your credit or debit card information and Submit Your Payment.

Bill Payment Convenience Fees

Your account will be charged a Convenience Fee of $2.50 for up to $75.00 +  2.75% for all balances over $75.00.
