The Mifflinburg Community Park, located at North Fifth Street, in the Borough shall be open daily 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, except during special events. Special events held at the Mifflinburg Park/Pool must be pre-approved by Borough Council or the Borough Manager and will require a security deposit in the amount of $250.00.
The park shall be available for use by the general public from April 15th through October 15th of each calendar year. The use of the picnic pavilions at the Mifflinburg Community Park may be made by reservation as established by Borough Council. Reservations are permitted from May 15th through September 15th of each calendar year and may be made up to 364 days in advance. An application along with a Terms and Conditions Agreement must be completed prior to reserving the pavilions. Applications will be honored on a first paid basis. The applicant shall pay a rental fee and a security deposit for the pavilion in full at the time the reservation application and agreement is completed and submitted. Rental fees are Non-Refundable.
The use of the picnic pavilions at the Mifflinburg Community Park is governed by reservation (Pavilion Reservation Agreement). Individuals who have paid to reserve the pavilion have full day use of the pavilion. If the pavilion is not reserved, use is first come first served as long as all rules and regulations are observed in accordance with the Borough of Mifflinburg Community Park/Pool Ordinance and the Pavilion Reservation Policy.

*Non-Profit Organizations based in Mifflinburg are exempt from the rental amount, but must pay the security deposit.
The pavilions shall be used in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Mifflinburg Community Park and the Borough of Mifflinburg. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the pavilion is reasonably clean and is left in the same condition as it was found. All trash must be cleaned up in and around the pavilion immediately following the use thereof in the containers provided within the park. Failure to maintain the pavilions in clean conditions will result in the forfeit of the security deposit.
The Mifflinburg Community Park is a No Smoking facility and pets are prohibited in the park. The Mifflinburg Police Department and the Park Directors shall have the authority to temporarily remove any person or persons from the park or recreation area for violation of any of the above rules and regulations for up to five (5) days. Permanent removal (longer than five (5) days) shall be made at the discretion of the Mayor of Mifflinburg.
