The Borough of Mifflinburg is making a change to a new utility billing system. This conversion will occur in early September. Therefore, the Borough will not be able to process payments or calculate any final bills from September 2-7, 2026. Normal operations will resume on September 8, 2026. Any payments received during this time, will be held for processing on September 8, 2026.
