The Borough of Mifflinburg is cancelling Recycling for Saturday, July 3, 2021 due to the holiday weekend. Recycling will resume on Saturday, July 17, 2021.
January 1, 2022 Recycling is cancelled due to the New Year’s Holiday. Borough Recycling resumes January 15, 2022.
PLEASE REMEMBER: This event is for Borough residents only! Residents who wish to use the brush pile will have to provide a current utility bill as proof of residency. Materials may be delivered only during specified operating times and will be rejected if not properly prepared!
The annual dedication ceremony begins at 11 AM with speaker Maureen Weigl, Department of Military Affairs. The service will include Girl, Cub & Boy Scouts leading the Pledge, the Nazarene Church Singers, Shikellamy JROTC, Children of the American Revolution, Rosie the Riveter, Gold Star Families and more.
